You may cancel your Startup or Growth subscription at any time directly through the Developer Workspace or by contacting admin@astra.cryptopix.in. Cancellations act as a refusal to renew the next monthly billing cycle. Your quantum credits and API access remain fully active until the date your billing cycle would have otherwise renewed.
Because Aṇu Astra fundamentally provisions expensive processing power to simulate 1024-qubit tensors the moment an API call is made, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused quantum credits within an active monthly cycle.
Refunds are only issued under explicit technical failures (e.g., Aṇu Astra was demonstrably offline and violating our 99.9% API uptime SLA). If you believe you were mistakenly charged due to a system irregularity, please contact our engineering support within 7 days of the invoice date.
For Enterprise-tier customers on dedicated multi-node SLAs, cancellation and refund procedures are legally dictated by the explicit MSAs (Master Service Agreements) signed during onboarding.
