By accessing or using the Aṇu Astra Virtual Quantum Processor (VQP) API, Developer Dashboard, or SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the service on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Aṇu Astra provides varying tiers of access (Startup, Growth, Enterprise). You agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits or quota ceilings explicitly defined by your active subscription plan. Violating rate limits (e.g., executing DDoS-style requests against the Quantum Simulation Nodes) will result in immediate API Key revocation.
Paid subscriptions (Startup, Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly via our secure Razorpay gateway. Quantum credits allocated per tier expire at the end of the specified billing cycle and do not roll over. Overage charges for the Enterprise tier are metered and billed strictly at the end of the month.
The Aṇu Astra API is distributed "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Cryptopix (and Aṇu Astra) shall not be held liable for any data loss, algorithmic failures, or decryption breaches occurring within your application environments, regardless of the implementation of our PQC or QRNG standards.
You are purely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your sk_live_... API keys. Any requests authenticated via your keys will be billed entirely to your account. Revoke compromised keys immediately via the Developer Dashboard.
